Our refund policy states that if we receive cancellation notice 7 days or less before the delivery date
we will refund 50% of the monthly rental fee.
If we receive cancellation notice 8 or more days before the delivery date
​the refund is 25% of the monthly rental fee.

What Will My Coop Look Like?

**All of our packages are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. It is recommended to keep the chickens in the coop and run at all times. If you prefer to let your hens free range you must have an adult present at all times. Each replacement chicken results in a $75 fee.
 
**Egg production varies by breed of chicken and by seasonality. We pride ourselves on cross-breeding, which serves as stronger hens but also varies in egg production. Your rental chickens may be cross-bred, so their egg production may vary.
 
**Our coops are valuable. Please take care of them. We require a $100 refundable deposit for each package. We will return your deposit upon pickup and inspection (link to the coop inspection checklist) of your coop rental.
